House Rules and Clarification

Notable information:
I’m not planning to use experience points. My plan is to have characters level up at certain, mostly pre-determined story points. I think that the xp system is a little too dependent on combat for advancement and has other issues that I’m not a huge fan of. Basically, I’m going to have characters level up every 2-3 sessions, with this arc going from lvl 5 through probably level 10 or 11.
